Although every effort is made, Different Valencia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. Different Valencia retains the right to change routes, itineraries, fares, inclusions, days of tours or cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your group the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist when you complete the booking. This contract is made upon the terms of these booking conditions as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
If you cancel or change
Cancellation within 4 days of departure & notification is received via email to Different Valencia will result in a 100% refund. Cancellation within 72 hours of departure & notification is received via email to Different Valencia will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation within 48 hours of departure & notification is received via email to Different Valencia will result in full loss of fare
Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
If we cancel or change
We try to avoid changes, however, we do reserve the right to make changes to the itineraries within our tours without notice or refunds.
We also reserve the right, in any circumstances, to cancel any tour, for example due to vehicle breakdown or exceptionally bad weather.
If we cancel a tour, we will provide you with a full refund or if possible, a tour on an alternative date, whichever you prefer. We will not, however, accept responsibility for any travel or other costs arising from the cancellation of your tour with us.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled pick up time or no shows are non-refundable.
Pick up and Drop off Services
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to be waiting at the selected pickup location at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait at the selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you. Different Valencia cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to meet at the designated place.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the tour details on their confirmation are correct and the contact details they have provided are up to date. It may be necessary for Different Valencia to contact customers regarding the tour prior to departure date. We recommend checking your phone regularly prior to your tour.
The price at the time of booking is not subject to any changes.
We recommend customers arrange travel insurance to cover injuries, cancellations and delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (e.g. bad weather). It is also recommended customers arrange personal insurance to cover any loss of baggage or loss of personal belongings. Customers agree both the company and any local partner operators are not liable for any of such unforeseen circumstances, and hold both parties harmless. All claims to reimbursements for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider, and not through Different Valencia or its affiliates.
Conduct of Passengers
When you book a tour with us, you accept responsibility for the adequate conduct of all members of your group during the tour. We reserve the right at any time to terminate the tour of any member(s) whose behavior is in the reasonable opinion of the Tour Leader, likely to cause danger, upset or distress to anyone else or damage to property, whereby no refund will be given. Furthermore, we will not be under any obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your tour being terminated.
Every passenger in a vehicle must have their own seat. Seats cannot be reserved.
The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle and as such any passenger who refuses to wear a seatbelt will be refused from the tour, upon any refusal from the driver no refund can be offered.
Any passengers whose conduct is in violation of the statutory regulations may be removed from the vehicle or be prevented from boarding on the driver’s authority. Passengers must not deliberately distract the driver whilst the vehicle is moving
It is compulsory for all passengers to wear seatbelts whilst the vehicle is in motion. We accept no liability for injury or death or claims arising from any accident or incident if the seat belt is not being worn correctly. Smoking is not allowed on the vehicle. Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on the vehicle and anyone not in compliance will be required to vacate the vehicle.
The weather in Valencia is normally very good, however, the tour guide has the right to cancel the tour if they feel the safety or experience of the guests could be affected due to severe bad weather. Under such circumstances all members of the group will receive a full refund.
Different Valencia, would, at times, like to use photos of the guests enjoying the tours for their website and social media pages. Your name and personal information will not be included with the photo. However, if you prefer not to included, then your wishes will be respected.
In order to purchase the services using the payment method allowed you must be 18 years of age or over.By using the Site, You confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into the conditions of use for the Site, including instructing Different Valencia to collect any payments from a credit or debit card, and to use the Site in accordance with all terms and conditions. You confirm that all information supplied by you in using the Site is true and accurate
All our tours are unsuitable for children under 4 years of age. Some tours have an older age limit, which is listed on its tour page. Different Valencia can provide child or booster seat on request. Legally the parent/guardian is liable for the child’s safety, however a child from 4-12 years should have a booster seat.
No animals, other than guide dogs are permitted on the vehicle.
Different Valencia are not responsible for any items of property left on our vehicles. Please do not ask the driver/guide to take care of your property whilst you are away from the vehicle. For items that are left on the vehicle at the end of the day, we are happy to return them at the customer’s expense.
Please inform us at time of booking of any special requests for any service or facility that is not included as part of your booking. Where possible will try to accommodate your request, but please note such requests cannot be guaranteed.
